There's Still Time to Give to the Maryland Charity Campaign

As we prepare for the holidays, we can think of no better embodiment of the spirit of the season than UMBC's remarkable participation in the Maryland Charity Campaign. Our campus is one of the most generous in the State, and our generosity speaks volumes about who we are and our values. Your contributions, no matter the size, make a real difference to those in need.

UMBC's 2014 Maryland Charity Campaign raises vital funds for nonprofit organizations that serve the surrounding community in many ways, from food and shelter to education and job training.

There's still time to give. The deadline for gifts to the Maryland Charity Campaign has been extended and we will be accepting all donations through Monday, December 15. If you have not yet had a chance to do so, we encourage you to help support the many nonprofit organizations that serve our surrounding community. Remember, a gift of any amount can make a difference.

You can make your donation by completing your pledge form or visiting mdcharity.org. If you have not received a form, download and fill out a pledge card and turn it into your coordinator. Please note that Friday, December 5th is the last day for payroll deduction. If you plan to give to the campaign through payroll deduction, please do so before the deadline.

On behalf of the Maryland Charity Campaign, and those who benefit from your generosity, we thank you.
